36 Cleaves Street
Cleaves Street is one of Yarmouth’s newest steps toward expanding affordable, in-town housing. This 18-unit development sits in the heart of the Village, within walking distance of schools, transit, shops, and community services. The project uses an Affordable Housing TIF to keep rents below market, making it possible for local workers, families, and older residents to live close to where they work and participate fully in community life.
Cleaves Street reflects YHC’s commitment to building thoughtful, well-located homes that strengthen Yarmouth’s workforce, support economic vitality, and help ensure that neighbors of all incomes can call Yarmouth home.
